Larry Dean Foster

Larry Dean Foster, 80, Ladoga, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his family.

He was born on April 14, 1940 in Cloverdale to the late William R. and Esta G. (Dorsett) Foster.

He married Judie Dell Hinkle on Oct. 10, 1958 in Putnam County. She survives.

Larry was a 1958 graduate of Cloverdale High School.

He worked as a pressman for RR Donnelley’s, running the Reader’s Digest press until retirement. After retiring he began working at Walmart in the sporting goods department.

He enjoyed watching IU basketball, and playing golf with the Senior Men’s Golf League.

He is survived by his wife, Judie Dell (Hinkle) Foster; children Timothy Dean Foster, Mark Anthony (Kathy) Foster and Tina Jo Nicholas (Mike) Back; and grandchildren Alisha Marie Foster (Kenneth) Friend, Laura Elizabeth Foster (Zachary) Henson, Raymond Allen Bobenmoyer (Heather Calliotte), Bryan Dean Bobemoyer (Alex Samberg) and Samantha Ryan Back.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Wilma Lou (Foster) Cox, William Richard Foster and Randy Blaine Foster.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, 203 N. Washington St., Ladoga. Burial will follow in Ladoga Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday. Due to the current government mandates, we ask that all in attendance wear masks and practice social distancing.
