Russellville Town Council approves LRRWD reps

RUSSELLVILLE — After rescheduling its regular meeting last week due to the winter weather, the Russellville Town Council convened Wednesday evening with one agenda item.

The council appointed James Richardson and Patricia Higgins as trustee representatives for the town to the Little Raccoon Regional Waste District (LRRWD).

Council members Cary McGaughey, Norma Jean Gross and Cathy Jones were present along with Clerk-Treasurer Martha Mandleco and Town Marshal Matt Biggs. However, Town Attorney Stu Weliever was not present.

The next regular meeting of the Russellville Town Council is scheduled for Wednesday, March 17 at 7 p.m. at the Russellville Community Center.
