Final Gleaners senior giveaway set Thursday

A Gleaners senior drive-through food giveaway will be held at the Putnam County Fairgrounds on Thursday, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m.-noon.

Participants must be Putnam County residents and aged 55 and over.

This will be the final senior food distribution at the fairgrounds.

In Putnam County, all-ages food giveaways will continue at both Bainbridge Elementary School and the C Bar C Expo Center.

The next distribution at C Bar C is set for Monday, Sept. 20 from 4-6 p.m. The next distribution at Bainbridge Elementary is Saturday, Sept. 25 from 10-11:30 a.m.
