PCCF hosts virtual capacity building workshop

Monday, October 4, 2021

The last workshop of the 2021 Putnam-Montgomery Nonprofit Learning Series, Strategic Planning Readiness, will be presented by Jen Pendleton on Tuesday, Oct. 19.

The workshop will occur from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. via Zoom and is free for all attendees.

Organizations are increasingly being asked to do more with less. That means they need to focus their efforts around the most critical priority initiatives instead of trying to do everything. Therefore, planning the year strategically, organized around these priorities, is critical.

This workshop is designed to give participants inspiration and a framework to consider when determining the right next steps for their organization.

Jen Pendleton currently serves as vice president of Aly Sterling Philanthropy (ASP). She is a self-described board governance “nerd” who believes sound leadership and strong organizational culture are keys to nonprofit success.

Interested community members, nonprofit employees, and volunteers can visit pcfoundation.org/npls to register for this informative workshop.

The Putnam-Montgomery Nonprofit Learning Series is brought to you by the Putnam County Community Foundation and the Montgomery County Community Foundation, with special thanks to local sponsors.
