Gary Bennington

Gary E. Bennington, 82, of Cloverdale, passed away on Monday, Jan. 17, 2022.

He was born on April 5, 1939, the son of Edgar and Helen Bennington.

He married Lois Power on May 18, 1968. She survives.

Gary was a career truck driver. He drove a truck coast to coast for 30 years delivering cars, and then did patient transport for ESI for 10 years.

He was a member of the American Legion, and vice president of the Cloverdale Town Council.

He loved to golf with a passion, hunting, travel, vacationing and spending time with his wife and family.

He is survived by his wife; children Brian Culley, Kelly (Don) McKinney, Scott (Susan) Bennington and Anna Katherine Bennington; seven grandchildren and siblings Dale and Everett Bennington.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Karen Cox.
