Paul David Denny

Paul David Denny, 74, of Greencastle, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family.

Paul was born in Marion County on Aug. 25, 1947, the son of Charles and Mamie (Wall) Denny.

He was a graduate of Spencer High School.

Mr. Denny worked for more than 31 years at Allison General Motors Corp. in Indianapolis.

He was a member of VFW Post 58 and American Legion of Greencastle.

Paul enjoyed working with his hands, going to karaoke and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Sharon Denny; a daughter, Mindy Pershing (Paul); a son, James Strunk (Micki); two brothers, Bob and Steve Denny; three sisters, Darlene, Martha and Donna; six grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Kyah, Mamie, Aaliyah, and Montanna; four great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Cassie Strunk; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Benjamin Strunk; two brothers, Bill and Dick; and three sisters, Teen, Gin and Pat.

At his request there will be no service or visitation.
