Mary Kathleen Keeney Davis

Mary Kathleen Davis, 86, of Greencastle, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 at Asbury Towers, Greencastle.

She was born on July 26, 1935 in Pulaski County, Somerset, Ky. She was the daughter of Ernest J. and Frances E (Wallace) Keeney.

Survivors include her sister, Ruth McGaughey of Morton, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Charles Keeney and Donnie Keeney, also her brother-in-law, Hubert McGaughey and sister-in-law Mildred Keeney.

She was a 1953 graduate of Russellville High School and worked for Indianapolis Power & Light Co., American States Insurance, Indianapolis, National Association of Livestock Auction Markets, Brand, Puritz Clothing Manufacturing Co. and Michigan Mutual Liability Co. of Kansas City, Mo. She also was employed at DePauw University, Greencastle.

She was a member of the Browns Valley Christian Church, Browns Valley, Ind.

Private graveside services will be held on Monday, June 27 at the Hebron Cemetery, Russellville. Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
