Diane Marie Allee

Diane Marie Allee, 68, of Greencastle, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Diane was born in Greencastle on May 27, 1954, the daughter of William and Doris (Cox) Knauer, and was a graduate of Greencastle High School.

Mrs. Allee worked for over 30 years with Greencastle Manufacturing and was with Heartland Automotive for five years until her retirement.

Survivors include her four children, Stacie Campbell (Troy), Jeanie Stevens (Bill), Jackie Price and Lydia O’Connor (Chris); her mother; a brother, Mike Knauer; a sister, June Query (Rick); 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and her husband of 12 years, James “Jack” Jackson Allee.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 20 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday.
