County Planning Department seeking input at fair booth

In an ongoing effort to get as much public input as possible for the 2022 Putnam County Comprehensive Plan, the Building and Planning Department will be at the Putnam County Fair on Wednesday, July 27.

In a booth located at the entrance of the industrial tent, residents will have the chance to help envision the future of the county by sharing their thoughts between 5 and 9 p.m.

Putnam County officials have partnered with HWC Engineering in drafting a new comprehensive plan and related ordinances. During the preliminary stages, they are seeking as much public input as possible.
