GHS class of 1972 plans 50-year class reunion

The Greencastle High School class of 1972 will gather for its 50th reunion on Aug. 26 and 27.

The first gathering will be at The Fluttering Duck, specifically on the outside terrace at The Inn at DePauw, 2 W. Seminary St.

On Sunday at 1 p.m., Mike Murphy will host a cookout at his house at 835 E. Washington St. Bring lawn chairs. Cash for the tip jar is also appreciated.

Finally, beginning at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Indiana Street will be blocked off for the class between Washington and Walnut streets. Moore’s Bar will have an outside tent with adult beverages available. There should be food trucks in the area, as well as Tap House Burgers and Moore’s Bar for food.
