GHS class of 1967 55th Reunion set

The Greeencastle High School class of 1967 will be celebrating its 55th reunion on Friday, Sept. 23 and Saturday, Sept. 24 in Greencastle.

On Friday night, the class will attend the GHS homecoming football game at 7 p.m. The GHS 1967 Western Indiana Conference (WIC) football championship team will be recognized at the game.

After the game, the class will gather at The Whisk, 18 S. Jackson St.

On Saturday, class of 1967 golfers will play at Tiger Pointe beginning at 10 a.m. Participants may play either nine or 18 holes. For more information contact Steve Pritchard at prishard49@gmail.com .

Saturday morning at 10:30, the Putnam County Museum will be open for classmates to enjoy.

The DePauw Nature Park opens at 7 a.m. on Saturday. The nature park is beautiful and the marked trails are great for some exercise and communing with nature.

A social hour and dinner will be held at Tiger Pointe with a reception starting at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:30.
