Group hike set to Cagles Mill Dam Lake

Cagles Mill Dam Lake

CUNOT -- The sixth hike by the Putnam Parks and Pathways will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at Cagles Mill Lake Dam.

The hike will start at the Two Falls Trail. Participants should park by the park office. The trail starts at the end of the parking lot.

After finishing that hike participants will have a choice to continue the day hiking Tall Pines Trail with the group or hiking the challenging Welch Woods Trail.

Directions to Cagles Mill Lake Dam -- Take 42 at the southern edge of Cloverdale west through Cunot to West Dam Road. Follow West Dam Road north to the dam.
