Welcome to Putnam County

Perhaps the only person on stage without a huge grin among local officials and artists, young Rhea Flegal cuts a ribbon officially unveiling the six new murals around Putnam County, including the nearby “Welcome to Putnam County” piece painted by Cameron Moberg on the side of the Putnam County Convention and Visitors Bureau. A look at all the murals will be featured in coming editions of the Banner Graphic.
