Frances Louise Williams

Frances Louise Williams, 79, of Quincy, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 15, 2022.

She was born July 12, 1943 to the late Everett and Faye (Baldwin) Freeman.

She married Larry Dean Williams on Aug. 18, 1961 and he survives.

Frances was a homemaker, she was the rock of the Williams family, their beloved Mom, Grandma and GG.

In addition to her husband Larry Dean Williams she is also survived by her children Jeffrey Lee (Beth) Williams, Gary Wayne (Corrine) Williams, Pamela Sue (John) Cummings, Dean (Heather) Williams and Cynthia Renee (Donny) Reinking; brother Junior Freeman; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many stepgrandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great-grandson, Stevie Lee Carpenter Jr., brothers Albert Freeman, Lee Freeman and Gib Freeman, and sisters Floy Black and Bertha Walt.

Funeral services for Frances will be held Thursday, Oct. 20 at noon at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 19 from 5-8 p.m. Burial will follow in the Mannan Cemetery.
