Arless Milton Larkin, of Cloverdale, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, due to complications of colon cancer surgery.

He was born in Cloverdale on Thursday, Nov. 25, 1937.

He lived in several areas of Indiana, including Danville and Mooresville.

He retired from Link-Belt on South Belmont Avenue in Indianapolis after having worked there from 1959–1984 (25 years). He was a tool and die maker, and after retirement he went into woodworking. You can see his trains at Lou’s Diner in Cloverdale.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Larkin of Cloverdale, and ex-wife Florence Larkin of Danville; son Roger Larkin (Carol) of Mooresville; daughter Vicki Graddy (Tony) of Danville; stepson Scott McKnight (Cheryl) of Cloverdale; granddaughter Jessica Garber (Matt) of Greenwood; grandsons Christopher Larkin (Chrissy) of Danville, Michael Morgan (Libby) of Freedom, Kaleb Morgan (Haley) of Spencer and Matthew Morgan (Stephanie) of Livingston, La.; great-grandchildren Evan, Eric and Ella Larkin of Danville, Connor Morgan of Freedom, Kylar and Rosalyn Morgan of Spencer and Lillian and Evelyn Morgan of Livingston, La.; brothers Jeff Larkin (Frieda) of Crawfordsville and Charles Larkin (Sandy) of Anniston, Ala.; and sisters Sylvilene Haltom of Clayton and Gloria Odendahl (Leon) of Florissant, Colo.

Arless was a member of the Faith Baptist Church of Cunot.

There will be a celebration-of-life birthday party in honor of Arless on Saturday, Nov. 12 at the church starting at 3 p.m. All are welcome. Address for the church is 11612 St. Rd. 243, Cloverdale, IN 46120.
