Big Walnut Water boil order lifted

The boil order advisory for Big Walnut Water customers was lifted as of noon Thursday.

Since the order was put in place on Monday, the main has been repaired and placed back in service. Bacteriological samples have been collected from representative sites of the affected area and tested.

The test results were satisfactory, and it is no longer necessary to boil the water.
