Legion to host Veterans Day dinner for local vets

Greencastle American Legion Post 58 will host a free dinner for Putnam County veterans beginning at 6 p.m. on Veterans Day, Friday, Nov. 11.

The Boy Scouts will conduct a flag ceremony prior to the meal at 5:30 p.m.

The meal, which is free to all Putnam County veterans with one guest each, will take place at the post, 1401 E. Indianapolis Rd.
