Bridgeton Country Christmas set

BRIDGETON – The annual Bridgeton Country Christmas celebration continues for a second weekend on Dec. 2-4.

Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sundays.

The 1878 Barn, the Station, Collom’s General Store, the Artisans Barn at the Mill and shacks in front of Dr. Crooks’ building will be open and full of vendors.

Visitors can shop at the 1878 House, 1822 Case Log Cabin, Old Ford Garage, Old Barn New, Collom’s and the mill for gifts, antiques and handmade crafts. Bill Robison and his dulcimer will provide Christmas music in the 1878 Barn.

A chicken and noodles dinner will be available at Collom’s General Store, while the mill will have hot food, baked goods and organic stone-ground products.

Santa will be at the 1822 log cabin 1-3 p.m. both Saturdays and Sundays.

There’s no admission fee and plenty of free parking.

Bridgeton is located in nine miles south of Rockville or by taking State Road 59 North from Brazil to the Bridgeton highway sign.
