David Allen Miles

David Allen Miles, 60, of Roachdale, passed away peacefully at home Nov. 29, 2022, after a short battle with cancer and with loved ones by his side.

Dave was born July 17, 1962, in Greencastle, to the late Lester Earl Miles Sr. and Anna May Cage Miles.

Dave is survived by his sons, Nathan (Jennifer), Shaun and Justin (Maggie); five grandchildren, Autumn, Briggs, Wyatt, Jayden and Alayna; siblings Catherine (Steve), Lester (Sharon), Richard and Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Sandra Michelle Miles.

There will be no services at this time, but a celebration of life will be scheduled later. Dave will be buried in Blakesburg Cemetery next to his parents and sister.

The family would like to thank the kind and caring staff at Franciscan Hospital, Franciscan Hospice Care, Lafayette, and Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Zionsville.

Donations in memory of Dave can be made at a Hoosier Heartland State Bank, in the David Miles Benefit Fund, to assist with funeral expenses.
