City to honor Tom Sutherlin with Dec. 14 reception

With veteran Greencastle Police Chief Tom Sutherlin retiring from the city this month, he will be honored with a reception at Greencastle City Hall on Wednesday, Dec. 14.

The reception will take place at 4 p.m.

Sutherlin is set to become chief deputy to Sheriff-elect Jerrod Baugh on Jan. 1, with Asst. Chief Chris Jones set to take over the helm at GPD.
