Christmas services set at St. Andrews
St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Greencastle will host several special services during the week leading up to Christmas, as well as on Sunday, Dec. 25.
Besides commemorating the holiday itself, there will be a special service to mark the longest night of the year.
This service is set for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 21, meant as one of prayer and healing in a season of growing darkness. Anyone who is grieving, has had struggles this year or finds the holiday season difficult is invited to join.
Special music will take place at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 24, followed immediately by the Christmas Eve candlelight service at 5:30 p.m.
The Christmas Day service is set for 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 25.
St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church is located at 520 E. Seminary St.
