Author Matt Tebbe to speak at Greencastle Presbyterian on Saturday
Author and speaker Matt Tebbe will be at Greencastle Presbyterian Church on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 10 a.m.-noon to talk about his new book “Having the Mind of Christ.”
A graduate of DePauw University, Tebbe has seen both healthy and unhealthy forms of church leadership through the years. He and a co-pastor Ben Sternke are interested in helping congregations focus on eight different axioms that lead to healthy communities.
This event is free and open to the public, and will provide an opportunity for leadership teams both within the church and in the community.
Tebbe’s and Sternke’s book was recently awarded the Reader’s Choice for Best Spiritual Formation Book by InterVarsity Press.
Tebbe will begin the morning talking about the eight axioms he and Sternke have found to be central to healthy congregations with plenty of time for group interaction and discussion.
