TCB promotes three new assistant vice presidents

ROACHDALE — Three members of the Tri-County Bank & Trust Co. management team recently received promotions from the board of directors.

Cindy Anderson

Cindy Anderson, Amanda York and Isaiah Foster have all been named assistant vice presidents..

Anderson is AVP operations. She rejoined the bank in 2022 and has more than 25 years of banking experience. Anderson’s expertise is in the areas of cash management, debit cards and banking operations.

She successfully completed the Indiana Bankers Association (IBA) Leadership Program and has also earned various banking certifications. Anderson attended Ivy Tech and serves on the boards of Lions Club and WBAB Inc.

Amanda York

York is AVP-Bank Secrecy Act officer. She joined the bank in 2019 as a trainee. York has held the positions of audit liaison and BSA assistant. In July 2020, she became the secretary to the board of directors. She also oversees shareholder relations.

York received her associate’s degree from Lincoln College and bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.

Foster is AVP-controller. He has been in the banking industry for more than eight years and joined the bank in 2018. He previously held positions in the trust department and loan department. Foster was named controller in 2020.

Isaiah Foster

A graduate of Purdue University, Foster serves on the board of the Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Tri-County Bank & Trust Co., founded in 1892, is a Community Bank with five locations in Putnam and Montgomery counties.
