Grief support group set for Thursday at Gobin

The next grief support group will be held on Thursday, April 6 at 7 p.m. at Gobin Memorial United Methodist Church, in the Peace Chapel on the north side of the sanctuary.

This group will meet immediately following the Maundy Thursday service at the church.

The group is provided by Dusk to Dawn Bereavement Services through community donations and grants such as one awarded by the Putnam County Community Foundation.

The group meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month. The next meeting is set for Thursday, April 20 also at 7 p.m.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary as a nonprofit, Dusk to Dawn aims to alleviate suffering associated with loss and grief by providing free access to support, counseling, education and resources for anyone in need.
