Dombrowski told Deputy Randy Patrick that he looked down to adjust the radio, and when he looked up he had crossed the center line and could not avoid hitting Joyner’s vehicle.

Joyner said as he was waiting, Dombrowski’s vehicle crossed the center line and hit his head-on.

Dombrowski’s vehicle overturned, but he was able to get out with his own power. He was taken from the scene for medical attention, though he was istting upright and able to provide a statement. Joyner was not injured.

Cornelius told Deputy Todd Hopkins he heard a snap and then lost control of his vehicle, crossing the center line and hitting Gambill’s vehicle. Gambill said he could not avoid the collision.
