Darlene Mae Webb

Darlene Mae Webb, 87, of Avon, formerly of North Fort Myers, Fla., passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

Born Feb. 12, 1936, in Brazil, she was the daughter of Frank and Ethel (Miller) Harden and a graduate of Brazil High School in the class of 1954.

Darlene worked as a cashier in grocery store in Florida for 15 years and previously worked at Hallmark for nine years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 60 years, James A Webb; a sister, Shirley Roeschlein; and three brothers, Jerry, Jack and Bill Harden.

Darlene is survived by her children, Gerald “Gerry” (Anita) Webb, Karen (companion George Reger) Phillips, Bruce (April) Webb and Cathy (Alex) Obordo; a sister, Jacquelyn (Jerry) Evans; six grandchildren, Jody, Ben, Kara, Allyson, Channing and Christina; and two great-grandchildren, Nolan and Elliot.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
