2023 Miss Putnam County Fair Queen contestants
With nine candidates vying for the crown, the 2023 Miss Putnam County Fair Queen Contest is set for 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 15.
The event will take place in the Fairgrounds Community Building.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and admission is $5.
Here is a brief look at each of the young ladies in this year’s pageant.
The Putnam County Fair runs from Friday, July 21 through Friday, July 28.
Olivia Richardville
Olivia is the 18-year-old daughter of Cory Richardville and Mandy Nelson. She is a 2023 graduate of Greencastle High School. Olivia is the youngest of four siblings. She will be attending IUPUI in the fall to study biomedical science with a concentration in pre-medicine. Olivia is employed at The Putnam Inn. In her spare time, she enjoys making crafts and riding horses. Olivia’s sponsor for this contest is Myers’ Market.
Boston Clark
Boston is the 19-year-old daughter of Jason and Amy Clark. She is a 2022 graduate of South Putnam High School. Boston has five siblings. She is currently attending Ivy Tech and in the fall will transfer to Purdue University to study agribusiness. In her spare time, she enjoys truck pulling with her dad, showing pigs, babysitting and spending time with family and friends. Boston’s sponsor for this contest is Farm Credit Mid-America.
Grace Kinkead
Grace is the 19-year-old daughter of Jeremy and Shannon Kinkead. She is a 2022 graduate of North Putnam High School. Grace has one brother, Brody. She is currently attending Franklin College studying exercise science. Grace is employed at Healthies in Greencastle. In her spare time, she enjoys playing softball, painting, traveling and making memories with friends and family. Grace’s sponsor for this contest is Oakalla Valley Farms.
Sabrina Leonard
Sabrina is the 19-year-old daughter of Curt and Lisa Leonard. She is a 2022 graduate of South Putnam High School. Sabrina has one brother, Kyle. She currently attends Manchester University, where she is studying elementary education. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, softball and spending time outside. Sabrina’s sponsor for this contest is Namaste Lofts.
Katie Fry
Katie is the 19-year-old daughter of Dan and Paula Fry. She is a 2022 graduate of North Putnam High School. Katie has two older sisters, Sarah and Grace. She is currently attending Ball State University, where she is majoring in actuarial science. Katie is employed at Co-Alliance. In her spare time, she enjoys running, showing livestock with her family, puzzles and reading. Katie’s sponsor for this contest is Chad and Kelly Cass.
Brinlee Clark
Brinlee is the 19-year-old daughter of Jason and Amy Clark. She is a 2022 graduate of South Putnam High School. Brinlee has five siblings. She is currently attending Ivy Tech and will be transferring to ISU to major in management. Brinlee is employed with BUZZI Unicem USA and Brooklyn Buchanan MUA. In her spare time she enjoys painting, tennis, Bible study and spending time with her friends and family. Brinlee’s sponsor for this contest is RE/MAX Cornerstone - Chris Harcourt.
Haylee Query
Haylee is the 18-year-old daughter of David Query and Jana Miller. She is a 2023 graduate of North Putnam High School. Haylee has one younger sister, Daisy. In the fall, Haylee will attend Hanover College to study biology. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, horseback riding, nature and crafting. Haylee’s sponsor for this contest is LT Farms.
Andrea Nees
Andrea is the 18-year-old daughter of Michael and Jamie Nees. She is a 2023 graduate of Cloverdale High School. Andrea has three siblings. In the fall, she will be a freshman at Indiana State University where she will be studying kinesiology. Andrea is employed as a lifeguard at Lieber State Park. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports, animals and photography. Andrea’s sponsor for this contest is Cloverdale Agri-Center.
Chloe Tomaw
Chloe is 18 years old. She is a 2023 graduate of South Putnam High School. In the fall, she will be a freshman at Indiana State University, where she will be studying nursing. Chloe is employed at Chicago’s Pizza in Cloverdale. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering. Chloe’s sponsor for this contest is Chicago’s Pizza.
