Adam Hull hired as Cloverdale town marshal
With experience in law enforcement for 19 years — four of them as Cloverdale deputy marshal — Adam Hull has been promoted to take the Cloverdale town marshal position, which opened up last month after Steve Hibler’s retirement.
The town council hired Hull at a special meeting on July 20, and he is clocking in for the first time on Monday, July 24.
“I’ve been sergeant for four years, and we put together a really good team of officers down here. I’m excited to be a part of it, to take the marshal role and get things done,” Hull said.
During his time as marshal, Hull hopes to increase community engagement by making appearances in the local VFW, parades, schools and sporting events, while “providing safety and security to the town of Cloverdale,” he said.
“There’s a lot of good things that have happened in the past. I’d like to feed off that, then take it to the next level.”
