A Night Out

On an evening that saw families descend on the Putnam County Fairgrounds in droves for the annual National Night Out event, volunteer Laura Monnett helps a young person into a bike helmet at the Greencastle Kiwanis Club’s Jim Maxwell Bicycle Rodeo. The event provided free school supplies for all who attended, as well as promoting various local community and safety programs.
