PIC OF THE DAY: Men at Work

With an end perhaps in sight of a closure that has spanned much of the summer, crews from Feutz Construction begin paving Locust Street at the Seminary Street intersection Thursday morning. Paving was set to continue northward for several blocks, past Washington Street and ending in front of Greencastle City Hall at Franklin Street. According to a City of Greencastle press release earlier this week, the paving portion of the project was set for completion Friday, with the overall project completion date of Sept. 15.
