Splash park closed for season at Robe-Ann

Due to cooler temperatures and despite passing the most recent water test, the Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department has chosen to close the Bob York Splash Park for the season.

The department believes purchasing additional chemicals to keep it open since there are but a couple of weeks left in the season anyway would be an inappropriate use of park funds.

The splash park normally closes in early October or after cooler weather settles in for fall.
