‘We Love Having You Here’ now open at Peeler

A new exhibit at the DePauw University Peeler Art Center, “We Love Having You Here,” was conceptualized and curated by the 2022-23 Arthur E. Klauser Collections and Community Engagement Fellows, Ian Brundige and Alyssa Flory.

On view from now through Dec. 8, the works in the exhibit explore representations of gender and sexuality across mediums including sculptures, paintings, photographs, drawings and costume fashion.

More than 70 individual objects, featuring art collected by Klauser himself, aim to reflect the complicated intersections of identity, ultimately widening the scope of acceptance.
