PCSO to host Drug Take Back Day event Oct. 28

In coordination with the national Drug Take Back Day effort on Saturday, Oct. 28, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office will be taking part.

Unused prescription drugs may be dropped off at PCSO, 13 Keightly Rd., Greencastle, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for misuse of medications.
