Goodwill planning upgrades to Greencastle store

Greencastle Goodwill shoppers will soon notice some changes at the store at 1021 Indianapolis Rd.

“We are planning a remodel, including new carpet and paint,” Wabash Valley Goodwill President and CEO Meredith Osburn said.

The store will be disrupted for a bit, as it will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 14 and 15.

Those wishing to make donations during that time will still be able to do so.

“Our staff will be on hand to accept donations,” Osburn said. “We appreciate your continued support of Goodwill through your donations.”

Shoppers will be back on Thursday, Nov. 16 when the store opens for regular business hours of 9 a.m.-8 p.m.

“We are sorry for the inconvenience for our valued customers,” Osburn said. “We hope you will enjoy the improvements we are making.”

Wabash Valley Goodwill has been serving the area since 1927. The mission of the organization is to improve the quality of life for people through employment and personal growth.
