Annual Thanksgiving Outreach Meal seeks participants, volunteers, donations

The annual tradition of serving a Thanksgiving meal will continue at a local church on Thursday, Nov. 23.

The meal is hosted by Greencastle Christian Church, 620 Primrose Court.

Thanksgiving meals will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. with pickup and delivery options available.

Anyone interested in taking part, whether it be signing up for a meal, helping on the day of the event or donating items like noodles or pies, may do so at https://greencastlecc.org/thanksgiving-outreach-meal.

Those less technologically savvy may also call the GCC office at 653-5816.

The meal is open to Putnam County residents who may find themselves alone or in need on Thanksgiving.
