Angie M. Norris

Angie M. Norris, 59, of Brazil, passed away at her home, with her family by her side, on Dec. 5, 2023, following a brief illness.

Angie was born on Nov. 10, 1964, in Brazil, the daughter of Merlyn and Dorothy H. (Kidwell) Vanatti.

She graduated from Brazil High School and worked for IAC for 32 years.

Angie was active in the UAW local 2382 and the Moose.

She married Brentley Norris on March 29, 2019.

When she wasn’t working, Angie enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially around a campfire or mushroom hunting.

Angie was preceded in death by her parents, Merlyn and Dorothy Vanatti, and three siblings, Terry Vanatti, Kimberly Reel and Beverly Chaney.

Survivors include her husband, Brent Norris; son Brock Vanatti and wife Laura; stepkids Keenan Norris, DaCota Norris (Miracle) and Gabbie Norris; grandchildren Madison Vanatti, Landon Vanatti and Vincent Lee Norris; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Visitation will be at Lawson–Miller Chapel, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil, IN 47834, on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1 p.m. with burial to follow at Bee Ridge Cemetery.
