Allison Leer is Citizen of the Year

Honored for her volunteer efforts throughout the community, Allison Leer (left) is honored by Putnam County Chamber Executive Director Madison Hanna as the 2023 Citizen of the Year. In keeping with the Chamber Awards Dinner Studio 24 theme, both women are fully engaged in the 1970s disco theme. Other award winners on the evening included Business Leaders of the Year to Crown Equipment, Rookie Business of the Year to Afterglow Aesthetics, Amazing Dedication Award (non-profit) to Isaiah 117 House and Chamber Director of the Year to Matt Owens.
