Paula Kay Harvey Caulkins

Paula Kay Caulkins, born Jan. 14, 1994 in Greencastle to Paul E. Harvey Jr. and Dora Harvey passed from this life on Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Paula was devoted to her husband, and they enjoyed five wonderful years together, having married on May 5, 2018. Paula was a joy to be around with her happy disposition, even though she was feisty too.

She enjoyed many hobbies, including craftwork and crocheting. She also loved to go bowling and have date nights with her sister Amber and husband Darrell. She graduated from Greencastle High School in 2012 and had previously worked at McDonald’s and Burger King in Greencastle.

Survivors include her husband, Jeremiah J. D. Caulkins; mother Dora Shillings Harvey of Greencastle; sisters April Glaze, Ashley (James) Martin and Amber (Darrell) Kirkham of Brazil; sisters-in-law, Marsha Darlington of Cumming, Ga., and Rachel (Mark) Wilson of Evansville; brother-in-law Stephen Caulkins (Felicia Barger) of Cloverdale; father- and mother-in-law, Danny and Kathleen Caulkins of Cloverdale; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Harvey Jr.

She was a member of Soul Harvest Church in Cloverdale, where a celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Soul Harvest Church.
