Public meeting Wednesday on five-year park master plan

The Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department will conduct a second public meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21 in City Hall for the Five-Year Parks and Recreation Master Plan.

The public is invited to attend and provide feedback.
