Tyler Hicks is serving as an intern for the Indiana Senate Majority Caucus during the 2024 legislative session, Senate President Pro Tem Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) announced.

Hicks, a resident of Greencastle, is the son of Lisa and David Hicks. Hicks graduated from South Putnam High School and Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in law and public policy.

“I’m thankful for our intern class of 2024 and their dedication to public service,” Bray said. “Our interns play a huge role in the daily operations of the Senate, and I am thankful for their work and dedication to Hoosiers.”

As a legislative intern, Hicks tracks bill data, provides constituent services, staffs Senate committee hearings and meetings and conducts legislative research.

Senate Majority interns work through the duration of the legislative session, which is scheduled to end by March 14.
