Reserve Retiree

Monday, March 4, 2024
Recognizing nearly 13 years of service to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Jerrod Baugh (left) presents a certificate to recently-retired Reserve Deputy Commander Ken Rozelle, recognizing Rozelle’s service to the people of Putnam County. “It takes something special for somebody to do this for free,” Baugh said when making the presentation before the Putnam County Commissioners Monday morning. Rozelle remains the property manager at Heritage Lake.
