Library to host CERT presentation, vegan pitch-in Wednesday

The Putnam County Public Library will host a presentation by Putnam County CERT and a vegan pitch-in both on Wednesday, April 10.

CERT will present on its Project Livesaver program during PCPL’s monthly Golden Hour event from 10-11 a.m. CERT will discuss its efforts in locating individuals with cognitive conditions who may wander, and how their safety and well-being are ensured.

Meanwhile, the vegan pitch-in will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Attendees, whether committed vegans, curious omnivores or people who can appreciate the diversity of plant-based dishes, will appreciate the event.
