Karen Sue Williams-Dean

Karen Sue Williams-Dean was born on June 22, 1953 in Bloomington and departed this world on April 6, 2024 in Bradenton, Fla., with her husband and friends by her side.

She was the daughter of the late Robert E. and Betty L. (Keene) Bixler.

She is survived by her loving husband, Joe Dean of Bradenton; daughter Kim Patrick (James Macluckey) of Bradenton and son Dale Kary Williams of Greencastle; stepchildren Lisa (John) Hoskinson of Franklin and David (Alisa) Dean of Greenwood; grandchildren Kameron Williams of Indianapolis, Dalen Williams of Greencastle, Ashley (Adam) Anderson of Plainfield, Braden Patrick (Christina Jackson) of Waverly and Matthew Patrick of Bradenton; great-grandchildren Alexis, Mikayla and Alyssa Anderson and Addilyn Patrick; and her fur babies, Zoey, Haili and Andy, that she loved dearly.

Karen loved gardening, crafting, camping and being on the beach and hanging out with friends and family.

She was a baptized believer in Jesus Christ and the Christian Faith and will be missed by everyone that knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Linda Baugh and her late husband Dale Keith Williams.
