Born in Brownsburg, she was the daughter of Ora Parsons and Nellie Barlow.
She was a graduate of Brownsburg High School and worked at Smith's Regal Store in North Salem for more than 30 years. She was a member of Neighborhood Euchre Club.
She married Lawrence R. Barker on Aug. 10, 1935 in North Salem. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Morris Barker and wife Janet, Ohio; two sons, Gerrell Barker and wife Beverly, Roachdale, and Donald Barker and wife Misy, Ladoga; a sister, Marie Surber; halfbrother Eugene Parsons; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother, halfbrother, halfsister and two great-grandsons.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Porter Funeral Home, North Salem, with Rev. John D. Gossett officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, North Salem.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday.
