Susan C. Skipworth, 51, Cloverdale, died Saturday in an auto accident on Ind. 243 in Owen County.

Born in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Ernest and Carol (Roberts) Hord.

She was a housewife.

She married Ron Skipworth, who survives.

Also surviving are her father, Ernest Hord and wife Evelyn Rae, Cloverdale; son James Scott Hord and companion Beth, Cloverdale; sister Corina Borrego and Tim Brickert, Poland; brothers Mike Hord and wife Carol, Idaho, and Doug Hord, Cloverdale; stepsister Susie Inman and husband Pete, Florida; stepbrother Lee Miller, Indianapolis; and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her mother, brother Steve Hord, and a grandson.

Services will be at 8 p.m. Friday at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Private burial will follow.

Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Friday.
