Connie Ann Lovely, 54, Greencastle, died Friday at Putnam County Hospital.

Born in Beech Grove, she was the daughter of Richard and Christine Crouch.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are a son, Guy "Trey" Lovely III; two sisters, Cheryl Helmer and husband Tom, and Angela Rivers and husband Tim; two brothers, Jeffrey Crouch and wife Vicki, and Richard Crouch; and a grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Guy Lovely Jr., and an infant sister.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Donald L. Pearson Mortuary, Clover­dale, with Pastor Robert S. Wilson officiating.

Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Washington Park East, Indianapolis.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday.
