There will be a cystic fibrosis walk held at the Cloverdale Community Schools on May 17.

The event will be sponsored by the Student Leaders Achieving More (SLAM) team.

This will be a non-profit event and all the proceeds will go towards researching a cure for cystic fibrosis.

There should be teams of five, with a $5 registration fee. Registration will be between 10:30 a.m. -- 11:30 a.m. on May 17.

If possible, register before the event at Cloverdale Middle School (CMS). Everyone is invited to participate.

It will be a one-and-a-half mile walk. If you wish to make a donation for this event make checks payable to CMS, attention Katina Wetter, 312 E Logan St., Cloverdale, IN, 46120.
