BLOOMINGTON -- The Cloverdale girls' track team had three different athletes advance out of Tuesday's Bloomington North Sectional.

Junior Elizabeth Cheatham and senior Ashley Koosman advanced in two events each. Cheatham placed third in the shot put and fourth in the discus throw. Koosman was third in the high jump and fourth in the 100 hurdles.

Fellow senior Brynlea Mattocks will join Koosman in the high jump, as she placed fourth in the event.

All three athletes will be in action at 4:45 p.m. next Tuesday at the Bedford North Lawrence Regional.
