The honor was the third for Shipley in her career, as she previously earned the distinction once each in 2005 and 2006.
Despite dropping both weekend games by 1-0 scores to eighth-ranked Wittenberg and 12th-ranked Emory, Shipley recorded 19 saves.
She finished with nine saves in the Wittenberg game with the game-winning goal coming in overtime.
Shipley totaled 10 stops in the Emory contest with the lone goal coming on a penalty kick just shortly after she saved a previous penalty kick attempt.
The 1-3 Tigers return to action on Saturday, when they host Ohio Wesleyan at 5 p.m. at Boswell Field.
