Philip E. Harlan

Philip E. Harlan, 47, of Rockville died on Thursday, July 16, 2009.

He was born in Clinton, on Dec. 25, 1961 to Robert E. and Patricia Riggs Harlan.

Mr. Harlan was a member of Beech Grove United Methodist Church and was a 1980 graduate of Rockville High School.

His father preceded him in death.

Surviving are two daughters, Brittany Dooley and husband Matt and Tiffany Kendall; his mother, Pat Harlan; three sisters, Darla Bozell and husband Jim, Debbie Stultz and husband, Rick and Bonnie Richter; two grandchildren, Ariel Dooley and Peyton Dooley; two nieces, Elyse Richter and Ciara Richter; two nephews, Ryan Bozell and Kevin Bozell and wife Megan; and one great-nephew, Cameron Bozell.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Bittles & Hurt Funeral Home with Pastor J. Daeschner officiating. Burial will follow at Clinton Falls Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
